Marion's Scarves

Marion comes from a family of knitters. Her mother taught her and her two sisters to knit at an early age and her grandmother was still knitting squares for blankets at 90 years of age.
 

Knit and Natter isn't a new thing. Back in the 1970's we would all go down to the local wool shop and buy a pattern and wool and come home and sit knitting and chatting. It has just come back in fashion. Knitting is very therapeutic and is an easy pastime for our stressful lives - they call knitting the new Yoga!
 

I love to visit Wool Shops and as there is such a variety of colours and textured yarns nowadays it is like going into a sweet shop for me.

My long fringed scarves, necklace cowls, shawls and shrugs are knitted in a lacy yarn that has a jewel-like glisten; just wait for the compliments from your friends and family.

My Neckwarmer-Snoods, Cable Neckwarmers, Hats, Fingerless Mittens, Woolly Shawls and Shrugs are made in an acrylic variegated yarn that is soft and non-irritating. The beautiful colours enhance any outfit and even more essential they will keep you warm as the weather changes.

From a hobby Marion now display and exhibit at Craft Fairs around Herefordshire meeting new and existing customers, chatting with fellow knitters and encouraging young girls and boys to get knitting.
